Our e-commerce store presents an accurate description of the offered products, including their prices expressed in Euro (EUR) currency, as well as in the transaction currency – dinar (RSD).
Conversion Statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Goods Delivery and Potential Limitations

Your account will be charged for the price of purchased goods, including the DHL courier service delivery price. We declare that at the time of purchase, we are not aware of the regulations of your country regarding export restrictions, customs regulations, or any other relevant legal or other provisions that may affect the distribution and/or sale of goods to end-users, and we disclaim any responsibility for any customs clearance costs or similar at the time of receiving the goods.

Confidential Transaction Data Protection
When entering credit card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchasing is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s pages. At no time are credit card data available to our system.
Refund of Funds
In case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, YAMM DOO is obliged to refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, or Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, upon the merchant’s request, perform the refund to the user’s card account.
